Shipping & Payments
1. Delivery & Shipping
Each of our formulations is hand-poured and packaged mindfully to ensure it reaches you in its purest state.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping is provided across India on all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below ₹1,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied.
- Estimated Delivery:
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
2. Payment Methods
To ensure a secure shopping journey, all transactions are processed through 3D secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We accept:
- Digital Wallets & UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM UPI.
- Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and RuPay (Credit and Debit cards).
- Netbanking: Safe transactions direct from all major Indian banks.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most pincodes in India for a flat convenience fee of ₹50.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the organic nature of our botanical skincare products and strict personal hygiene rules, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, please email us at support@sangnirituals.com with an unboxing video or pictures within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement immediately.
- Cancellations: You can request a cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
